When i become rich and famous, im gonna get all my money and burn it infront of your fuckin face bc you didnt let me borrow a dollar in 8th grade!
United we stand; the proud words are stamped along the roadways, on homes, and even our clothing. Pictures of American and Canadian flags are crossed, as if in support of one another. But one nation is not getting the recognition it deserves for all the help they gave. Canadians opened their hearts and their doors, without hesitation, to hundreds-of-thousands of American citizens that were stranded on the planes that could not land in America on the morning of September 11th. My Canadian nation has been militarily supporting America, both before and after the “Attack”. After all these years of being comrades, President George W. Bush did not feel the need to remind Americans that Canada had aided them. During a speech President Bush thanked all the countries that had helped out, but sadly, Canada was missing from the list. In a later speech, President Bush tried covered this up by saying that he did not need recognize Canada because he felt the two nations as family. American’s pride themselves on their patriotic support and family values. If President Bush truly believes Canada to be family, he dropped the ball and angered an entire country. Lack of respect and immense hate led to an “Attack on America”, lack of respect and consideration looked like an attack against Canada. Americans lost a sense of security that day; Canadians and I lost a sense of respect for America.
